Client Relations Executive – Yeovil – up to £35,000 per annum

Up to £35,000 plus individual and team bonuses, and no cold calling, just growing relationships with clients who already know and trust the business.

As a Client Relations Executive, you will benefit from:

• Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm, with occasional earlier finishes on a Friday

As a Client Relations Executive, your responsibilities will include:

• Looking after a portfolio of existing clients for a growing UK packaging manufacturer supplying premium fashion and beauty brands
• Keeping in regular contact with clients by phone and Teams, delivering a first-class service
• Spotting opportunities to grow accounts and introduce new products
• Supporting client projects from first enquiry through to delivery
• Re-engaging lapsed customers and strengthening existing relationships
• Keeping the CRM accurate and up to date

As a Client Relations Executive, your experience will include:

• Some experience in sales, account management or customer service, ideally within recruitment, insurance or another phone-based environment
• Confidence and professionalism on the phone, with the ability to hold a quality conversation with senior clients
• A natural relationship builder who enjoys going the extra mile
• Strong organisation, juggling several clients and projects at once
• Working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Outlook and Teams)
