As a Trainee Electrical Assembler, your responsibilities will include:
- Carrying out electrical wiring to a high standard
- Building and testing bespoke and stock products
- Connecting modules and components into networks
- Working from electrical drawings, schematics and technical instructions
- Using microscopes and test equipment to check functionality and quality
As a Trainee Electrical Assembler, your experience will include:
- Confidence using hand and power tools
- A background in electrical wiring is an advantage but not essential
- Any dexterous hobby counts, soldering (at home, school or college), rebuilding computers or laptops, fixing car radios, or model making
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable employment history
