No two days look the same: one minute you’re picking and packing, the next you’re on sub-assembly or out on a local delivery. You’ll be trusted to keep orders moving accurately and on time, whatever the task in front of you. This starts as a temp role with a genuine opportunity to move to permanent for the right person.

As a Production Assistant, your responsibilities will include:
- Packing shutdown valves securely in bubble wrap ready for dispatch
- Picking order components accurately and at pace
- Carrying out basic sub-assembly of straightforward components
- Driving to and from local sites for collections and deliveries
- Keeping the work area clean and tidy through general housekeeping
As a Production Assistant, your experience will include:
- A background in an engineering or manufacturing environment
- Previous experience in picking, packing or stores work
- A full UK and clean driving licence is essential, as the role involves local collections and deliveries
- A methodical, organised approach with a good eye for detail
- Comfortable with repetitive tasks and able to work reliably under pace
