As a Warehouse Team Leader / Supervisor, your responsibilities will include:
- Leading and motivating a production team to meet daily targets
- Allocating tasks and monitoring workflow across the shift
- Monitoring quality and ensuring standards are maintained
- Supporting training and development of team members
- Reporting on production performance and escalating issues promptly
- Maintaining a safe, clean, and organised working environment
As a Warehouse Team Leader / Supervisor, your experience will include:
- Previous experience in a production, manufacturing, or supervisory environment
- A full UK driving licence, with your own transport
- Confident leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team
- Good attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Reliable and punctual approach to work
- Strong communication skills across all levels of a team
