Trainee Welder – Nights

Night Shift:

Monday to Wednesday: 18:30 – 06:30

Thursday: 18:30 – 22:30

 

As a Trainee Welder, your responsibilities will include:

•   Learning and carrying out welding tasks under the guidance of experienced colleagues

•   Working from technical drawings and specifications

•   Supporting the wider production team to manufacture high-quality products

•   Carrying out basic inspection and quality checks on completed work

•   Keeping your work area safe, organised and ready for the next task

 

As a Trainee Welder, your experience will include:

•   A positive attitude and a willingness to learn welding from scratch

•   Good attention to detail in a hands-on role

•   A reliable, punctual approach with a strong work ethic

•   Comfortable working night shifts as part of a four-day week

•   Your own transport, or live within a reasonable commute of Blandford
