As a Warehouse Operative & Counterbalance Forklift Driver, your responsibilities will include:
- Carrying out production and assembly tasks to the required standard
- Operating a counterbalance forklift where working in a warehouse/FLT role
- Building components accurately and efficiently
- Picking, packing, and moving stock as required
- Checking the quality of items produced
- Keeping your work area clean, tidy, and organised
As a Warehouse Operative & Counterbalance Forklift Driver, your experience will include:
- A valid, in-date counterbalance FLT licence required for Warehouse/FLT roles
- Previous experience in a production, assembly, or warehouse environment (preferred for production/assembly roles, not essential)
- Good attention to detail in a hands-on role
- Reliable and punctual approach to work
- Ability to follow instructions accurately
- Comfortable working independently once trained
