As a Stores Person / Forklift Driver, your responsibilities will include:
- Handling goods in and goods out accurately so stock keeps moving
- Loading and unloading delivery vehicles safely and efficiently
- Checking incoming goods each morning against the paperwork
- Operating a counterbalance forklift safely around the site
- Supporting production work when the workload needs it
As a Stores Person / Forklift Driver, your experience will include:
- Previous experience in a stores, warehouse or logistics environment
- A valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence
- Experience loading and unloading vehicles (preferred)
- A reliable, self-motivated approach, using your own initiative with minimal supervision
- A good level of spoken and written English, for safety briefings and paperwork
