As a Production Operative, your responsibilities will include:
- Operating machinery and equipment as required
- Working as part of a production line
- Monitoring production to ensure quality and consistency
- Carrying out routine checks during operation

As a Production Operative, your experience will include:
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment (preferred, not essential)
- Comfortable working either days or nights depending on the shift pattern
- Good attention to detail
- Reliable and punctual approach to work

- Confidence working independently once trained
