As a SMT Technician<\/strong>, you will benefit from:<\/div>\n

    As a SMT Technician<\/strong>, your responsibilities will include:<\/div>\n
      \n
    • Setting up, running, and monitoring Europlacer SMT placement machines to meet output and quality targets<\/li>\n
    • Completing product changeovers efficiently and accurately to keep production on schedule<\/li>\n
    • Carrying out basic fault-finding and escalating issues promptly to minimise downtime<\/li>\n
    • Performing routine checks and adjustments to maintain consistent placement quality<\/li>\n
    • Following build instructions and process documentation to ensure standards are met<\/li>\n
    • Keeping the work area organised and supporting continuous improvement on the line<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
      As a SMT Technician<\/strong>, your experience will include:<\/div>\n
        \n
      • Essential, recent Europlacer machine experience within an SMT production environment<\/li>\n
      • 3+ years of consistent, relevant SMT experience, ideally within high-throughput manufacturing<\/li>\n
      • Confidence working at pace while maintaining attention to detail and quality standards<\/li>\n
      • A practical, reliable approach, with the ability to spot issues early and act quickly<\/li>\n
      • Comfortable working in an active role, on your feet for most of the day<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
