You&rsquo;ll make sure every work order is picked, built and completed on time, and that every item of stock is accurate and fully traceable.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">This is a role where your accuracy and organisation are genuinely relied on, and you&rsquo;ll be part of the founding late-shift team from day one.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Hours:<\/p>\n<ul dir=\"ltr\">\n<li>Monday to Friday, 3:30pm to midnight (30-minute unpaid break)<\/li>\n<li>No weekends.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">As an <strong>Assembly &amp; Stock Control Manager<\/strong>, you will benefit from:<\/p>\n<ul dir=\"ltr\">\n<li>The chance to help build and shape a brand-new shift from the ground up<\/li>\n<li>Full ownership of the assembly and stock operation on your shift<\/li>\n<li>Opportunity to progress as the manufacturing operation continues to grow<\/li>\n<li>A structured role with clear targets and high standards.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">As an <strong>Assembly &amp; Stock Control Manager<\/strong>, your responsibilities will include:<\/p>\n<ul dir=\"ltr\">\n<li>Owning every assembly work order on the shift, picking components accurately and completing builds into packaging within SLA<\/li>\n<li>Controlling high-value stock held securely on site, recording every movement and completing weighed handovers<\/li>\n<li>Keeping all production-area stock accurate on the ERP system, carrying out counts and investigating any variances<\/li>\n<li>Completing de-kits and stock moves, making sure every change is reflected correctly on the system<\/li>\n<li>Planning and allocating work to the Assembly Operative, and managing clear handovers with the early shift<\/li>\n<li>Providing ad hoc cover on production machines when the area is busy, following all SOPs and health and safety requirements.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">As an <strong>Assembly &amp; Stock Control Manager<\/strong>, your experience will include:<\/p>\n<ul dir=\"ltr\">\n<li>Proven experience in stock control or inventory management<\/li>\n<li>Experience with assembly, kitting or production work orders, ideally in a <strong>manufacturing<\/strong> or <strong>production<\/strong> environment<\/li>\n<li>Confident using a stock or ERP system, with <strong>NetSuite<\/strong> experience desirable<\/li>\n<li>Strong accuracy, attention to detail and the ability to organise your own and others&rsquo; workload against deadlines<\/li>\n<li>Experience handling high-value stock, operating production machinery or supervising a team (desirable)<\/li>\n<li>Own transport preferred, due to the Holton Heath location and late finish.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">If you&rsquo;re ready to step up as an <strong>Assembly &amp; Stock Control Manager<\/strong> and take ownership of a brand-new operation from day one, this is your opportunity.
