You&rsquo;ll keep three specialist production machines running, your team trained and productive, and every job completed correctly and on time.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">This is a hands-on leadership role where you&rsquo;ll be part of the founding late-shift team, shaping how the shift runs from day one.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><strong>Hours:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul dir=\"ltr\">\n<li>Monday to Friday, 3:30pm to midnight (30-minute unpaid break)<\/li>\n<li>No weekends.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">As a <strong>Production Shift Manager<\/strong>, you will benefit from:<\/p>\n<ul dir=\"ltr\">\n<li>The chance to build and shape a brand-new shift from the ground up<\/li>\n<li>Real autonomy to plan and run your shift your way<\/li>\n<li>Full training on specialist machinery, systems and manufacturing processes<\/li>\n<li>Opportunity to progress as the manufacturing operation continues to grow<\/li>\n<li>A visible, high-impact role with full responsibility for production on your shift.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">As a <strong>Production Shift Manager<\/strong>, your responsibilities will include:<\/p>\n<ul dir=\"ltr\">\n<li>Planning each shift using the production dashboard, keeping all machines running and liaising with head office on priorities and deadlines<\/li>\n<li>Taking full responsibility for a hydraulic press, induction furnace and casting machine, operating them hands-on when needed<\/li>\n<li>Resolving quality issues and diagnosing machine faults, bringing in suppliers or engineers where required<\/li>\n<li>Training the team on every machine they use and enforcing health and safety, including SOPs, PPE and lockout\/tagout<\/li>\n<li>Managing the shift team day to day, including sickness, holidays, attendance, performance and conduct<\/li>\n<li>Overseeing assembly and stock control, with full accountability for production-area stock accuracy.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">As a <strong>Production Shift Manager<\/strong>, your experience will include:<\/p>\n<ul dir=\"ltr\">\n<li>Proven experience running a shift or leading a team in a <strong>manufacturing<\/strong> or <strong>production<\/strong> environment<\/li>\n<li>Hands-on experience operating industrial machinery<\/li>\n<li>Confident working in a fast-paced environment and leading from the floor<\/li>\n<li>Quality checking experience or an engineering background (desirable)<\/li>\n<li>Experience with hydraulic presses or induction furnaces (desirable)<\/li>\n<li>Own transport preferred, due to the Holton Heath location and late finish.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">If you&rsquo;re ready to step up as a <strong>Production Shift Manager<\/strong> and build a brand-new shift from the ground up, this is your opportunity.
