Payroll Officer, your responsibilities will include:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul dir=\"ltr\">\n<li>Owning end-to-end monthly payroll across six group entities, including HMRC submissions, year-end and pension uploads<\/li>\n<li>Processing starters, leavers, changes, overtime, bonuses and statutory payments accurately and on time<\/li>\n<li>Managing the HR inbox and ticketing system, resolving queries within a 24-hour response standard<\/li>\n<li>Producing contracts, offer letters and change letters, and running onboarding and leaver administration<\/li>\n<li>Acting as the main BambooHR user, maintaining data integrity, producing HR reports and supporting the PayFit integration<\/li>\n<li>Keeping accurate absence records, running Bradford Factor reviews and administering sick pay in line with policy<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><strong>As a HR Operations &amp; Payroll Officer, your experience will include:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul dir=\"ltr\">\n<li>5+ years of end-to-end payroll experience, ideally across multiple entities or complex PAYE schemes<\/li>\n<li>Confident handling HMRC submissions (RTI, FPS, EPS), year-end, pensions auto-enrolment and statutory payments<\/li>\n<li>Strong HR administration alongside payroll, including contracts, change letters and starter and leaver admin<\/li>\n<li>HRIS experience, ideally BambooHR, and intermediate to advanced Excel skills<\/li>\n<li><strong>CIPP Payroll Technician Certificate<\/strong> and experience in <strong>logistics<\/strong> or <strong>freight<\/strong> would be an advantage<\/li>\n<li>A full UK driving licence, the ability to work across both sites, and the ability to pass a Basic DBS and 5-year background check<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">If you take pride in getting every payroll right and want a role where your expertise shapes how a whole function runs, this <strong>HR Operations &amp;
