class=\"font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2\">Meeting production schedules and agreed timescales<\/li>\n<li class=\"font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2\">Supporting continuous improvement of quality, products and procedures<\/li>\n<li class=\"font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2\">Sharing experience, knowledge and best whitespace-normal break-words pl-2\">Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is an advantage but not essential<\/li>\n<li class=\"font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2\">An understanding of reading manufacturing drawings is an advantage but not essential<\/li>\n<li class=\"font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2\">Basic computer and numerical literacy for data entry and technical drawings<\/li>\n<li class=\"font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2\">Experience working to tight tolerances is desirable but not
