{"id":2995,"date":"2026-10-29T09:44:40","date_gmt":"2026-10-29T09:44:40","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/jobs.rubiconpeople.co.uk\/?job_listing=buyer-4"},"modified":"2026-10-29T09:44:40","modified_gmt":"2026-10-29T09:44:40","slug":"buyer-4","status":"publish","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/jobs.rubiconpeople.co.uk\/?job_listing=buyer-4","title":{"rendered":"Sales Coordinator"},"content":{"rendered":"<p dir=\"ltr\"><strong>Sales Coordinator &#8211; Poole &#8211; Up to &pound;35,000<\/strong><br \/> As a <strong>Sales Coordinator<\/strong>, you&rsquo;ll own a portfolio of established customer accounts and be the reliable, trusted voice they turn to every day.&nbsp;Your accuracy and follow-through keep quotes, orders and promises on track, from first enquiry to delivery.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><strong>As a Sales Coordinator, you will benefit from:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul dir=\"ltr\">\n<li>Your own portfolio of established customer accounts to build and develop<\/li>\n<li>A stable, well-regarded business in the <strong>manufacturing<\/strong> sector<\/li>\n<li>Supportive management and clear expectations from day one<\/li>\n<li>Ongoing development of your commercial and technical knowledge<\/li>\n<li>A mix of office-based work and on-site customer visits<\/li>\n<li>Genuine progression as your accounts grow<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><strong>As a Sales Coordinator, your responsibilities will include:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul dir=\"ltr\">\n<li>Managing day-to-day relationships with a portfolio of customers, including regular reviews on site and remotely<\/li>\n<li>Preparing accurate quotations and costings, and loading sales orders into the ERP system<\/li>\n<li>Coordinating with Planning, Operations, Engineering, Quality and Finance to keep customers updated on orders, delivery and changes<\/li>\n<li>Leading contract reviews for new or changed requirements and seeing actions through to completion<\/li>\n<li>Maintaining accurate CRM and ERP records to support order-book, forecast and pipeline reporting<\/li>\n<li>Identifying growth opportunities within existing accounts and re-engaging lapsed customers<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><strong>As a Sales Coordinator, your experience will include:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul dir=\"ltr\">\n<li>Account management, customer service, sales coordination or a similar commercial role<\/li>\n<li>Strong administration skills and excellent attention to detail<\/li>\n<li>Confident use of Microsoft 365 and an ERP, MRP or CRM system<\/li>\n<li>Numerate and comfortable with pricing, quantities and lead times<\/li>\n<li>Preparing quotations or supporting costings (desirable)<\/li>\n<li>A background in <strong>sub-contract manufacturing<\/strong>, <strong>electronics manufacturing<\/strong> or a technical <strong>B2B<\/strong> environment (desirable)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">If you&rsquo;re looking for a stable, relationship-focused role where your organisation and care are trusted by customers every day, this could be your next step.
