Night Shift:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Monday to Wednesday: 18:30 – 06:30<\/p>\n

Thursday: 18:30 – 22:30<\/p>\n

As a Trainee Welder, your responsibilities will include:<\/strong><\/p>\n

•   Learning and carrying out welding tasks under the guidance of experienced colleagues<\/p>\n

•   Working from technical drawings and specifications<\/p>\n

•   Supporting the wider production team to manufacture high-quality products<\/p>\n

•   Carrying out basic inspection and quality checks on completed work<\/p>\n

•   Keeping your work area safe, organised and ready for the next task<\/p>\n

As a Trainee Welder, your experience will include:<\/strong><\/p>\n

•   A positive attitude and a willingness to learn welding from scratch<\/p>\n

•   Good attention to detail in a hands-on role<\/p>\n

•   A reliable, punctual approach with a strong work ethic<\/p>\n

•   Comfortable working night shifts as part of a four-day week<\/p>\n

•   Your own transport, or live within a reasonable commute of Blandford<\/p>\n

•   A good level of physical fitness for a hands-on role<\/p>\n
