We’re hiring a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join the Rubicon team and launch & grow a new BD-led desk within the commercial team. It’s a genuine blank canvas: you’ll build your own pipeline, win new clients nationwide, and shape the market you become known for. <\/div>\n

      What you’ll be doing day-to-day as the Senior Recruitment Consultant:<\/div>\n

      • \n

        Building a new client pipeline through proactive outreach, networking and market mapping<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      • \n

        Winning and managing relationships across a range of sectors focusing on commercial recruitment <\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      • \n

        Running a full 360 process: client meetings, role briefs, sourcing, qualifying, shortlisting, offers <\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      • \n

        Staying consistent with activity: calls, meetings, follow-ups and momentum <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        As the Senior Recruitment Consultant you’ll bring:<\/div>\n

        • \n

          Experience in business development, account management or 360 recruitment<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

        • \n

          Confidence selling a service to the B2B market<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

        • \n

          A background that could include lettings, estate agency, or agency recruitment<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

        • \n

          Strong communication, commercial judgement, and the resilience to build from scratch<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

        • \n

          Confidence using a CRM and strong organisation <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
