{"id":1723,"date":"2026-07-03T09:55:27","date_gmt":"2026-07-03T09:55:27","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/jobs.rubiconpeople.co.uk\/?job_listing=quality-manager-2"},"modified":"2026-07-03T09:55:27","modified_gmt":"2026-07-03T09:55:27","slug":"quality-manager-2","status":"publish","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/jobs.rubiconpeople.co.uk\/?job_listing=quality-manager-2","title":{"rendered":"Quality Manager"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Quality Manager | Blandford | &pound;60,000<\/p>\n<p>Are you a Quality Manager who thrives in a structured, process\u2011driven environment where accuracy and methodical thinking are valued?<br \/> Do you enjoy shaping quality systems, elevating standards, and ensuring consistency across every stage of production?<br \/> This is an opportunity to lead sitewide quality performance while developing a culture of prevention, precision and continuous improvement.<\/p>\n<p>4 day week OR 5 day week available!&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>As a Quality Manager, your responsibilities will include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Leading the Quality Management System, ensuring alignment with ISO 9001 and customer\u2011specific requirements<\/li>\n<li>Driving quality strategy, KPIs and governance across the Blandford site (with travel to Poole when required)<\/li>\n<li>Overseeing APQP and ensuring accurate, on\u2011time PPAP submissions<\/li>\n<li>Implementing in\u2011process quality controls, including audits, error\u2011proofing and process capability studies<\/li>\n<li>Managing customer and supplier quality performance, including complaints, audits and corrective actions<\/li>\n<li>Reducing scrap, rework and cost of poor quality through data\u2011driven problem solving<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>As a Quality Manager, your experience will include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Leadership experience within manufacturing quality management<\/li>\n<li>Strong working knowledge of APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plans, SPC and MSA<\/li>\n<li>Hands\u2011on experience with metrology, GD&amp;T, jigs, fixtures and capability analysis<\/li>\n<li>Exposure to processes such as forming, fabricating, welding, machining or assembly<\/li>\n<li>Confident customer\u2011facing communication and supplier development skills<\/li>\n<li>A structured, analytical approach to problem solving using tools such as 8D and 5\u2011Why<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If you&rsquo;re ready to take the next step in your career and apply to this Quality Manager advert, we&rsquo;d love to hear from you.
