If you take pride in precision work and know your way around CNC machinery, this is a role worth looking at. A well-established engineering business in Poole is looking for an experienced CNC Gear Cutter who can hit the ground running and produce high-quality components consistently.<\/p>\n

As a CNC Gear Cutter, you will benefit from:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    As a CNC Gear Cutter, your responsibilities will include:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    • Setting and operating CNC gear cutting machinery to produce components to drawing specification<\/li>\n
    • Reading and interpreting engineering drawings and tolerances accurately<\/li>\n
    • Carrying out first-off and in-process inspection to ensure quality standards are met<\/li>\n
    • Selecting appropriate tooling and making adjustments to maintain accuracy<\/li>\n
    • Completing relevant documentation and quality records<\/li>\n
    • Working to production schedules and flagging any issues to the supervisor<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      As a CNC Gear Cutter, your experience will include:<\/strong><\/p>\n

        \n
      • Proven experience as a CNC Gear Cutter, CNC Setter\/Operator, or similar precision machining role<\/li>\n
      • Ability to set and operate CNC machinery with confidence and minimal supervision<\/li>\n
      • Strong understanding of engineering drawings and machining tolerances<\/li>\n
      • Experience working in a precision engineering or manufacturing environment<\/li>\n
      • A methodical approach and a high standard of workmanship<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
