As an Assembler / Labourer, your responsibilities will include:
- Building and assembling ventilation and air handling components
- Operating power tools and using hand tools as required
- Checking the quality and fit of assembled units
- General housekeeping and keeping the working area tidy
- Moving and handling materials and finished units around the site
- Supporting other departments as needed
As an Assembler / Labourer, your experience will include:
- Previous experience in an assembly, manufacturing, or HVAC environment (preferred, not essential)
- Good attention to detail when assembling components
- Comfortable with manual handling and being on your feet for periods of the shift
- Reliable and punctual approach to work
- Ability to follow instructions accurately across varied duties
- Confidence working independently once trained
