As a CNC Grinder, your responsibilities will include:
- Operate multiple grinding machines or a single complex production setup
- Work from drawings, process control documents and standard operating procedures
- Manufacture parts to strict production schedules and timescales
- Flag any tooling, resource or process issues to your team leader promptly
- Maintain compliance with health and safety requirements at all times
- Contribute to continuous improvement and quality initiatives
As a CNC Grinder, your experience will include:
- Proven experience in CNC grinding
- Experience in a manufacturing environment
- Basic computer literacy for data entry
- Strong attention to detail and a genuine commitment to quality
- Ability to work accurately to tight deadlines
